Essential Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day technical support function
- Provide Tier 1-2 Support
- Assist End Users with troubleshooting Microsoft products including SharePoint, outlook, onedrive etc.
- Troubleshoot Azure AD and Office 365
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, phone, or electronically
- Configures, deploys, and supports standard desktop and laptop PCs, various business applications, office equipment, and printers.
- Some day to day issues: Can’t connect, this person will troubleshoot, Lock myself out, password reset, New monitor, new keyboard.
Top Requirements
- 5+ years in a corporate IT role
- Experience with Azure AD
- Experience with Office 365
- Networking concepts including WiFi; VPN, VLAN
- Help desk systems and ticketing;
- video conferencing using zoom
- Windows OS
